E: In the morning, I was at Barnes& Noble to see Joel Osteen. The book signing began at 12, and I was there about 10:30. There were already more than 200 people. I said to my self "Oh God". How can I stand there and wait for 1.5 more hours? So I took my kids to the Foodcourt to have lunch. The kids are full now, so I should be ok to wait in a long line. When I was back, I couldn't even see the end. There were hundreds of people. But I saw him coming from the end of the line shaking hands with every single person to say "Hi" on the way to his desk. Everyone was amazed with what he did. I spent there about 4 hours to get his signature. Anyway, he is great and I also saw him that eveningin the Bank North Garden.
Afterwards we drove around to see Boston downtown.
In the evening, we could not find a babysitter, so we took the kids with us. And at the door, we had to buy 2 more tickets for them for sit in a different section than ours - all the way behind the stage. But we were thinking just let the kids sit together with us. We came in, the show has already begun, and it was dark, so we could not find our seat. And there It was: 4 empty seats in front of the stage. We were so lucky! We'd got the best seat ever. That was amazing! Thanks God for that.
About the show: I saw him once before in FL. The show is kind of the same: he cryed when he talked about his dad, he talked about his mom's cancer, his brother's speech, his wife's speech,...
Anyway, we still enjoyed that evening!

Tuy la nhu vay, nhung chung toi van thich thu ve cuoc noi chuyen do!
D: Vormittag war ich bei Barnes&Noble um Joel Osteen zu sehen. Die Book-Signing- Veranstatung begann um 12, und ich war da um 10:30. Es waren schon ueber 200 Leute da. Ich konnte nur sagen: "O mein Gott". Wie kann ich hier noch 1,5 Stunden anstehen? Also ging ich mit die Kindern in die Kantine. So, jetzt sind sie satt und wir konnen uns anstellen. Als wir zueruck waren, konnte ich nicht einmal das Ende der Schlange sehen. Jetzt waren es Hunderte von Menschen. Aber ich sah ihn, er kam vom Ende der Reihe und gab jedem eizelnen Wartenden die Hand um Hallo zu sagen. Alle waren erstaunt. Ich war dort 4 Stunden, um sein Autogramm zu bekommen. Aber egal, er war grossartig und Ich sah ihm noch am gleichen Abend im Bank North Garden.
Anschlissen haben wir uns noch die Bostoner Innenstadt angesehen.
Am Abend haben wir leider keinen Babysitter gefunden, also nahmen wir die Kinder mit. Wir mussten dort noch 2 tickets kaufen, allerdings in einer anderen Reihe as wir sassen, und auch noch hinter der Buehne. Wir dachten uns, es ist besser wenn die Kinder mit uns zusammen sitzen. Als wir rein gingen, hat die Show schon angefangen, and es war so dunkel, dass wir unsere Platze nicht finden koenten. Aber dann sahen wir es: 4 leere Plaetze mit Frontalblick auf die Buehne. Wir hatten so viel Glueck gehabt! Wir hatten die besten Plaetze und sassen alle vier zusammen. Da hatte Gott wohl seine Hand im Spiel.
Nun zur Show: Ich habe sie schon einmal in FL gesehen. Es war ungefaehr das gleiche: er weinte als er ueber seinen Vater sprach, er sprach ueber den Krebs seine Mutter, die Rede seines Bruders, die Rede seiner Frau,.....
Aber trotzdem hatten wir grosse Freude an diesem Abend!
