On a spooky night

Ghost and goblins

They hide in closets

E: Just fe
w more hours left then I will be flying on the plane to Germany. I am so nervous. I know everything will be fine. But still I left my kids here for the whole week which I've never done it before. Anyway, I'll be back soon.

D: Nur ein paar Stunden noch dann bin ich auf dem Flugzeug nach Deutschland. Ich bin so aufgeregt. Ich weiss, alles wird gut. Aber ich lasse meine Kinder eine ganze Woche hier, dass habe ich noch nie gemacht. Na ja, ich bin bald wieder zuerueck.

E: Last weekend was Columbus-day. This is a holiday, nobody has to work. So we took a trip with our friends to their Ski house. We slept there for 1 night. The kids were so happy because they could sleep over in a Ski house.
The next morning, after a nice breakfast, we we drove up to the top of Mt.Washington. That was a nice but scary trip. But it was really worth it. You really should do it. But I don't think I do it again. We had a snack on the top of the mountain.
After that, we went hiking and had lunch at the Diana's bath.
That was a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed it. I wish I could show you all the pictures I took. That were over 200 pictures but I lost all of them by a stupid mistake. Don't ask me how. Anyway, here are some pictures from our friend's camara.

D:Letztes Wochenende war Kolumbus-Tag. Das ist ein Feiertagund man muss nicht arbeiten gehen. Wir waren mit unseren Freunden in den Bergen in ihrem Ski-Haus. Wir schliefen dort eine Nacht. Den Kindern hat es sehr gefallen,wie immer, wenn sie bei ihren Freunden uebernachten duerfen.
Am naeschsten Tag, nach den Fruechstueck, sind wir sind auf den Mt. Washington hoch gefahren. Das war eine tolle Fahrt, aber so aufregend. Es hat sich aber gelohnt, das kann ich euch nur empfehlen. Aber wie gesagt, ich mache das nicht noch mal. Auf der Spitze des Berges hatten wir einen Snack.
Anschliessend sind wir zu Diana's bath hochgewandert. Das war sehr schoen. Der Trip hat mir ganz gut gefallen. Ich wuensche, dass ich euch meine Bilder zeigen koennte. Ich habe ueber 200 Fotos gemacht. Aber durch einen dummen Fehler habe ich alle verloren. Fragt bitte nicht wie. Aber hier sind paar Bildern von der Kamara unserer Freunde.

D: Ich habe gesternabend ein Buch von einer Bekannten bekommen. es ist ein ganz schoenes buch. Das war ganz lieb von ihr. Und das Buch hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank noch mal.

E: Today I tried to make Sushi again. It was quite a success. The rices was great, much better then the last time. Thanks to my hubby. And again my guests liked it.
Vn: Hom nay toi lam thu lai mot lan nua Sushi. Toi thanh cong roi. Cam on ong xa da nau com lan nay, ngon hon rat nhieu. Va mot lan nua, cac ban cua toi rat thich.
D: Heute habe ich noch mal probiert, Sushi zu machen. Es hat ganz gut geklappt. Der Reis hat gan gutgeschmeckt, viel besser als leztes Mal. Danke an meinen lieben Mann. Und wieder hat es meinen Gaesten gefallen.

E: When arrived here from Vietnam, my kids were able to speak a little bit Vietnamese. And I really don't want them to loose it. So, I signed them up for Vietnamese lessons in Lowell. And today was the first lesson. They said they really enjoyed it.
Vn: Sau khi tro ve day tu Vietnam, bon nho co the noi mot chut tieng Viet. Va that su la toi ko muon chung quen so tieng Viet do. Cho nen, toi da danky lop hoc tieng Viet cho tui nho o Lowell. Va hom nay la buoi dau tien. Chung noi rang rat thich buoi hoc nay.
D: Als wir aus Vietnam zurueckgekommen sind, konnten meine Kindern ein bisschen vietnamesisch sprechen. Und ich moechte nicht, dass sie diese Faehigkeit wieder verlieren. Deshalb meldete ich sie bei einer Vietnamesischschule in Lowell an. Und heute war die erste Unterichtsstunden. Sie sagten, es hat ihnen sehr gefallen
